Reliance JIO tele verification taking more than 1 hour to connect customer care

Dear readers after waiting up to 15 days for JIO sim activation now you have to wait for more than 1 hour for tele verification .Today I called 1800-890-1977 to verify my JIO connection but I was unable to do so.I waited for 45 minutes on line but there was no response from customer care and I have to disconnect the call .If JIO want a good reputation then it has to manage its services.Because it is popular due to its free 4G data and voice call because everyone knows it does not offer 2G or 3G right now .So definitely customer will not use JIO connection as their primary operator .I am really disappointed by their services even XD mini store not responding to my call.
