How to update Redmi 2 Prime to MIUI 8

Dear readers I own a Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime and just updated to MIUI 8 the latest UI released by Xiaomi.MIUI has added so many fantastic features .So let's see  how to update your Redmi 2 Prime to MIUI 8.

Before updating please 
Backup your data to a safe place
Make sure your phone's battery is at least 60% charged
You are om MIUI 7

Step to Get MIUI 8     (1-7 Steps)

1.Download MIUI 8 ROM from Here http://en.miui.com/download-261.html
2.Copy the Downloaded Zip file in Internal memory under folder named 'MIUI 8'.
3.Open 'Updater' application .

4.Click on  ... right corner on updater

5. Select ‘Choose update package’, and choose the MIUI 8 ROM file you’ve copied in MIUI 8 Folder in internal memory .

6.Wait till update completed . (This may take up to 20 minutes)

7.Welcome to MIUI 8.

8.Now You may Reset your phone ...(Optional)

Note:Please be patient while your device update completed don't remove battery ,it may damage your device .
